This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and the procedures for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations for purchases made through Trylexon, owned and operated by Iqra Fashion. This policy applies to all orders placed through our website and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
This Return and Refund Policy does not limit, replace, or override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Return and Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included and undamaged
- The item must not be washed, altered, customized, or damaged
- The item can only be handled for inspection and must not show signs of use beyond inspection
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Items that do not meet the return eligibility conditions listed above
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or damage after delivery
- Items returned without prior approval or authorization
Return and Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, you must contact us at support@trylexon.com within the return and exchange window and provide the required information.
Your request should include:
- Your order number
- The item or items you want to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange request
- Clear photos, where applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trylexon.com.
Your message should include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence where applicable
After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This will include an exchange, replacement, or a refund issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping instructions, including the return address, will be provided after approval.
If the return is due to our error, or because the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are covered by us.
For all other approved returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
A trackable shipping method is recommended because we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
No restocking fees are charged.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected after they are received.
Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
If the requested replacement item is available, it will be sent according to the exchange instructions provided after approval.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellations
You can request an order cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at support@trylexon.com.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, the return process described in this policy must be followed.
Abuse and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, repeated misuse, or activity that is inconsistent with this Return and Refund Policy.
