This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Trylexon are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. It applies to all orders placed through our website and is intended to provide clear delivery timelines, shipping costs, and customer responsibilities related to order fulfilment.
Shipping Region
We ship orders within the United States only.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the Shipping Region.
Order Processing and Confirmation
Orders are processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after the Order Cut-Off Time, 04:00 PM (EDT), on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. A separate shipping update email will follow with your tracking number, which you can use to monitor the shipment from dispatch through delivery.
Shipping Transit and Delivery Timeframes
Shipping transit time is estimated at 4–5 days, Monday to Friday.
The total estimated delivery time, including order processing and shipping transit, is 5–8 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including high order volumes, public holidays, severe weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or incorrect address information.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days.

Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Trylexon is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided at checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trylexon.com.
Your message should include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence where applicable
After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This will include an exchange, replacement, or a refund issued to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
You can request an order cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible at support@trylexon.com.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. After delivery, the return process described in our Return and Refund Policy must be followed.
